PE "Evsey-Hermes" offers you the information on its activities in the field of health tourism and business offer for possible future cooperation

Through years of experience we established rules and principles of working with partners.

·         our partners (counterparties) are tour operators, travel agencies, companies, firms, private enterprises and of Ukraine and from abroad

·         form of cooperation is the agreement on mutually beneficial terms

·         form of taxation is the single tax

The basis for cooperation with PE "Evsey-Hermes" is a partner agency agreement.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The main forms of reservations are set out in the section of the site BOOKING.

The customer can make a reservation in any form by any of the supposed methods. Formulating a request for ICQ, Skype, e-mail, telephone customer will be able to obtain confirmation of the reservation, or an alternative proposal as well as a total rate for the stay.

To simplify the booking process, filling out the attached application form is not mandatory. Application form on company letterhead is required.

Tourists are settled according to the PE "Evsey- Hermes” letterhead or on the customer vouchers, but necessarily marked as EVSEY-HERMES RESERVATION (to avoid disagreeable with accommodation).

In case a client cancels the tour, the customer may cancel the reservation by filling out a cancellation request or in any convenient form.

CALCULATIONS

The form of payment is bank transfer in UAH, RUB,USD,EU.

Tour costs are calculated by PARTNER PRICES listed in website www.e-germes.com section PARTNER PAGE.

Partners bill their customers based on the tour values counted up by a PE "Evsey-Hermes" manager.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

At an additional charge tourists can get a meet, a transfer from Lvov to Truskavets or Morshyn, settlement assistance. For getting the services a tourist shall provide the date and way you arrive (train number,  car number; flight number, arrival time, etc.).One will be met in a meeting hall of the airport on nearby a train wagon by a manager holding a sign with one’s name written.
