Morshin

Town-resort Morshyn – is one of the best balneotherapeutic resorts in Ukraine. It was founded in May 1878. 
Situated in a picturesque valley at a height of 340 meters above the sea-level at the foothills of Eastern Carpathians, it’s 100km. far from administrative centre Lvov.
The well-room of mineral waters is located in the central part of resort. At about 6 thousand people can drink mineral water of different mineralization and temperature from spring №1 and borehole №6. Mineral water there conduce to cleaning an organism, removing of radionuclides, the general immune status raising. As a result of this the diseases of digestive apparatus and urinoextretory ways, metabolism disorders and allergies are effectively eliminated.
By the components of  its mineral waters, their quality and effectiveness Morshyn ranges among such world-known international resorts as Karlovi Varu, Vis-Baden, Essentyki, Zheleznovodsk. Thanks to the unique springs of mineral waters, convenient geographical location and transport connections and unpolluted surroundings thousands of people come to get appropriate medical treatment.
The whole sanatorium complex is separated from inhabited part of the town.  The central square of resort is very beautiful with its own  architecture. A picturesque lake in the park gladdens everyone’s eye. One can visit a vivid restaurant on the isle and  taste national cuisines and self-net fish.
