If  You have already acquainted with the offered resorts, made a decision of the sanatorium, the category of the room, the number days of staying and already know approximately the date of check in, you may press RESERVING with confidence and fill in the necessary information. You may also reserve a seat in any suitable way described in the chapter RESERVING. If you need additional information about medical treatment, rooms fund and some help to fix upon any sanatorium, hotel or to make up calculations of your vauchers, you may get more detailed consultation from our managers. Send a word to us about your wishes and propositions and we will  take them into consideration to organize your best rest and treatment.

PAYMENT

The guarantee of your arrival is a full or partial payment for the accommodation.

Within two days after the invoice date, in any commercial bank office you make full or partial payment by giving a cashier the money and receiving a payment slip. If you pay through the Savings Bank you are fill out payment slips and payments are carried out for a longer time)

You should carefully write down the enterprise title, account number & bank essentials, amount, and provide the employee with this data to issue bills and transfer money.

After we get the money into our account, you'll get a sanatorium voucher.

If there is no possibility to send you a scan- or fax copy of the voucher, the original one will be waiting for you at the hotel’s reception.

If you have made an advance payment (not less than 20%) you should pay the remaining amount after your accommodation at the hotel at bank office.
